Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of order using Royal Mail.
If more than 1 week has passed please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order.
We hope that you will be 100% happy with your order, but on the rare occasion there is a problem, we are happy to offer returns.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in its original condition within 7 days. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage.
Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will be credited to the original card used at time of purchase.
Payments are taken through our secure payment portal which is powered by Stripe.
All information is encrypted and we do not receive your personal payment details.
